As Head of Business Development, you'll report directly to our OnSite Business Development Director and lead strategic initiatives that strengthen client relationships and secure new opportunities. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll craft compelling bid submissions, collaborate across departments, and influence the future of our business units.

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement business development strategies aligned with company priorities.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor account management activities, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Revenue Growth: Drive new bids and expansion strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
- Bid Leadership: Oversee qualitative bid submissions, ensuring excellence and alignment with delivery plans.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with estimating, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliver winning proposals.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in M&E or Civils construction bidding with a qualitative focus.
- Proven track record in business development and bid writing within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercial acumen and experience working with estimating, design, and commercial teams.
- Highly motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
