Full‑Time | 6‑Month Contract | Walsall (Bescot)

Starting Salary: £23,833

You’ll be the person colleagues turn to when they need clarity, support, or answers about their schedules and resourcing.

You won’t just be planning hours; you’ll be supporting people.

• Ensure resource levels and colleague availability meet operational needs, budget requirements, and overall workforce planning priorities.
• Support Business Managers by monitoring absence performance, maintaining accurate audit trails, and managing banked and flexi hours effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by reducing wasted hours, downtime, and other resourcing inefficiencies.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across teams and provide clear, timely guidance in response to resourcing queries.
• Use planning tools, data insights, and real‑time trends to make informed decisions and recommend improvements to the analytics team.
• Provide regular updates and action plans on bank‑hour risks, resourcing pressures, and forecast‑driven adjustments needed to support key KPIs.
