Payroll Transformation Project Manager/ Business Analyst needed in Remote
This is a temporary role and the rate is £200.00 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will lead delivery within a fast‑paced payroll transformation programme, taking ownership of active project plans, driving progress across multiple work streams, and maintaining momentum against challenging timelines.
They will assess project health quickly, manage risks, issues and dependencies, and implement recovery plans where required. They will build strong stakeholder relationships, create effective communication and engagement plans, and operate confidently within high‑profile transformation environments.
In addition, the successful candidate will apply strong business analysis capability, facilitating workshops, mapping and analysing end‑to‑end processes, eliciting and validating requirements, and working collaboratively with operational teams and suppliers to translate business needs into practical, deliverable solutions.
