Do you want to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people? We are looking for a Children’s Support Workers to join our residential services supporting children with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties, and complex needs.

You will help create a safe, positive and nurturing home environment where young people can grow, achieve and feel supported.

• Providing emotional and practical support to children and young people
• Supporting daily routines and promoting independence
• Managing challenging behaviours and promoting positive outcomes
• Safeguarding and ensuring the highest standards of care
• Completing reports, care plans and incident records

• At least 1 year experience supporting children or young people
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Experience with Autism, EBD, self-harm or missing-from-care risks
• Strong communication and resilience under pressure

• A caring, patient and calm approach
• A commitment to safeguarding and child development
• The ability to be a positive role model
