We are recruiting dedicated Children and Young Adult Support Workers to join our team across 10 residential services. Each home supports young people aged 5–18 with learning difficulties, complex needs, and challenging behaviours. Homes vary between 4–12 beds (most with 6 beds), providing a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.

In this role, you will support children and young people with daily living, emotional regulation, communication, behaviour management, and personal development. You will work within a therapeutic framework and contribute to creating a stable and positive environment.

• Experience working with young people with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, complex healthcare needs, challenging behaviour.
• Understanding of therapeutic approaches.
• Strong communication skills, including non-verbal communication (Makaton or PECS).

• Mandatory Training or Care Certificate (including practical Moving & Handling).
• Oliver McGowan Training.
• Safeguarding Children.
• Medication Awareness.
• Level 2 or 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
