- Subcontractor Procurement and Management: They are involved in procuring subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and managing their work throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cost Management and Forecasting: QS roles involve tracking costs, preparing financial reports, and forecasting future expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Claims and Dispute Resolution: Senior QS roles may focus on handling claims and disputes related to contracts, requiring strong negotiation skills and knowledge of contractual issues.

Key
Skills and Experience:
- Quantity Surveying Degree: A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying is a fundamental requirement.
