Gas Surveyor / Clerk of Works

Support the Project Managers to ensure contractors are delivering major works projects in line with contractual requirements.

Take the lead on smaller projects, independently managing contractors, reporting on and challenging contractor performance when required.

Collaborate in developing, designing, procuring and administering projects; owning and carrying out elements of these functions under direction.

Deliver successful relationship management with contractors, consultants and supply chain partners.

Collaborate with the Project Manager on asbestos, Building Safety & planned investment works, planning permission and statutory approval data requirements and compliance.

Must be gas safe registered and have experience of working within a housing setting.

Salary: £38,000 - £39,207 per year
