£260 per day plus travel, holiday pay, and additional perks.

Minimum 12 months work.

Our client is a well-established and growing drylining contractor based in the West Midlands, delivering high‑quality commercial and residential schemes across the region. Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are looking to appoint an experienced Drylining Site Manager to oversee a live project in the West Midlands.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing drylining packages from pre‑start through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Projects will typically range from large commercial developments to residential and mixed‑use schemes, with package values exceeding £700,000.

• Managing drylining projects across the West Midlands
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and programme delivery
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained on site
• Attending client and site meetings
• Managing programme deadlines and quality control
• Liaising with commercial teams and senior management
• Overseeing labour and material coordination
• Reporting progress and resolving on‑site issues efficiently

• Previous experience working for a drylining subcontractor
• Proven track record managing drylining packages valued at £700,000 or more
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams
• Must hold SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
