Registered Building Inspector (Class 2F) Location: Walsall Contract: Temporary 6 Months Hours: Full Time Pay Rate: From £26.05 per hour (flexible for the right candidate)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Building Inspector (Class 2F) to join a busy Building Control team in Walsall on an initial 6-month temporary contract.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of domestic and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and supporting public safety across the borough.
The successful candidate will undertake plans assessments and site inspections up to Class 2F, while also managing dangerous structures, demolition matters, and enforcement activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plans assessments for domestic and commercial developments up to Class 2F.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation.
• Investigate and respond to dangerous structures and emergency situations.
• Assess and process demolition notifications and applications.
