As Contracts Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed to project timelines, budgets and highest quality standards.

Working closely with clients, site teams, and subcontractors, you will manage programmes, commercial performance, and contractual obligations while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience managing multiple projects at any one time.
• Experience overseeing new build projects from design through to completion.
• Healthcare experience is desirable; commercial experience can be considered.
