• Manage the end‑to‑end order process, from order entry through to delivery and payment.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues related to pricing, stock, and deliveries.

• Maintain accurate records, including CRM data, pricing, and product information.
• Support sales performance by assisting external teams, managing documentation, and contributing to KPI targets.

• Experience in a sales office or customer service environment.
