Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Resolution Specialist to support members during breakdown emergencies. Office based at our Bescot Headquarters, in the United Kingdom, on an ongoing temporary basis, earning £12.71 per hour plus uncapped bonus.
You will take ownership of calls, assess cover, arrange assistance or onward travel, and keep members informed with clear updates, handling sensitive situations with calm, confidence and care.
