Tenpin Walsall is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience at our entertainment centre, including reception bookings, party hosting, and assisting across Laser Arena, Escape Room and karaoke activities.
You will work in a fast-paced, family-friendly setting, evening and weekend shifts are required. The role emphasises proactive hospitality, teamwork, and a positive attitude to help guests enjoy a memorable visit.
