One Stop Shop Officer

Halton Direct Link's One Stop Shop, within the ICT and Support Services department of Halton Borough Council, is recruiting an officer to help run the face-to-face shop. The work spans admin, reception and customer service, supporting the shop's day-to-day running across a variety of tasks. It suits someone with face-to-face or telephone customer experience who can work as part of a team on a 37-hour week.

Strong keyboard skills and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, are needed.
