Nursery Teacher (3 Days per Week) & SENDCo (2 Days per Week) - Walsall

Empowering Learning is delighted to be working with a warm, inclusive, and nurturing early years provision in Walsall to recruit an experienced Nursery Teacher (3 days per week) alongside a SENDCo (2 days per week) for a January 2026 start until July 2026.
About the Settings

Staff work closely with families to ensure every child feels valued, safe, and eager to learn. With a strong focus on early development, communication, and play-based learning, the schools pride themselves on creating environments where children can thrive.
The Successful Candidates Will:
Nursery Teacher (3 Days):
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have recent experience teaching in Early Years (within the last 5 years)
Demonstrate a passion for early childhood development and learning through play
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children
SENDCo (2 Days):
Hold the National Award for SEND Coordination (desirable)
Have experience supporting SEND provision within Early Years
Demonstrate strong knowledge of EHCPs, inclusion strategies, and statutory guidance
Work collaboratively with staff, families, and external professional
