Smile Education is collaborating with a prominent secondary school in Walsall to welcome a talented part‑time Art and DT teacher starting in January. The school accepts both part‑time and full‑time teachers. This role is suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

As a part‑time Art and DT teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the curriculum, adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs and abilities, create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and support student engagement and critical thinking. You will assess and evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and nurture a love for learning.

• A bachelor's degree in Education, Art/DT or a related field.
• Teaching certification or QTS/Level 5 (ideal but not required).
• Proficiency in the secondary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.
