Salary: £32,000 - £43,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Lecturer to join a forward-thinking and growing Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the next generation of engineers while enjoying excellent work-life balance and outstanding benefits.

You will deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Engineering programmes, inspiring learners to achieve their full potential. Experience delivering practical workshop-based sessions would be advantageous, but not essential.

• Level 4 qualification (or above) in a relevant Engineering discipline
• Industry or teaching experience within Engineering
• Passion for developing learners and sharing technical expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Salary of £32,000 - £43,000 with progression opportunities
