Are you an SEN Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with additional needs — or someone with the right attitude, patience, and commitment looking to build a career in SEN education?

At Revolve Collective, we work closely with specialist provisions, SEN schools, and mainstream schools with enhanced SEN support. We prioritise personality match and consistency, ensuring the right adults are placed with the right children.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous SEN experience - professional or personal (school-based, care, family support, youth work, etc.)
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach
• A genuine desire to be a consistent and trusted support figure for SEN children
• Flexibility to support across different settings

Drivers who can travel between multiple sites will be prioritised and offered the best pay rates.
