Part-time Year 3 Class Teacher

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Kings Norton on a job share basis, starting after February half term.

This role is three days per week (Monday to Wednesday), with a half day of PPA time incorporated alongside the other class teacher to ensure effective planning, assessment, and continuity for pupils.

• Shared responsibility for a Year 3 class
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
• Working collaboratively with the job-share partner to ensure consistency
• Assessing pupil progress and contributing to effective transition and continuity
• Creating a positive, well‑managed classroom environment
• Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues as required

• Hold QTS
• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable)
• Be organised, flexible, and collaborative
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management
• Be committed to inclusive and high‑quality teaching
