We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-supported primary school in Willenhall, Walsall.

The Role- Providing targeted one-to‑one and small group support for pupils with special educational needs
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
- Adapting learning materials and strategies to meet individual academic and behavioural needs
- Supporting pupils in developing independence, confidence, and positive learning behaviours
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to maintain consistent support
- A graduate or soon-to-be graduate (any subject background considered)
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a genuine passion for inclusive primary education
- A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team and is committed to professional development
