A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Behaviour Mentor to join one of Walsalls leading secondary schools as soon as possible. This is a full-time permanent position supporting students behaviour wellbeing and engagement across the school.

The school is seeking a dedicated and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support students in developing positive behaviour resilience and social-emotional skills. You will work closely with teachers pastoral staff and leadership to implement strategies that promote a safe inclusive and focused learning environment.
Key aspects of the role include supporting students who require additional guidance mentoring pupils at risk of disengagement and contributing to whole-school behaviour initiatives.
Experience and QualificationsExperience working in schools or youth-focused settings desirable
Strong communication interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and students
Understanding of behaviour management strategies and pastoral support
Legal right to work in the UK
