Aspire People is recruiting a Long-Term SEND Teaching Assistant for schools in Walsall. This is a rewarding role for someone who wants stability and the chance to help students with additional needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities- Support SEND pupils in class and small groups
- Implement individual learning plans and support strategies
- Assist with daily routines and behaviour management
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Secure, reliable in-house payroll
- Holiday and pension pay schemes included
- Long-term placements with consistent support
- Refer-a-friend bonus: £250 for TAs/Teachers after 20 days, £100 for cover supervisors
- Opportunities for professional growth and training
- Experience in SEND settings preferred
- Patient, adaptable, and caring
- Available for long-term placement starting September
