Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TV06526)

Level 3 Teaching Assistant (SCP 12-17)

Hours: 33.75 hrs per week, Term Time plus INSET days (Flexible working will be considered)

Salary range: £27,711 - £30,060 Pro rata

Employment type: Permanent

The Executive Headteacher and Governors are seeking an experienced, dynamic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in our fabulous Early Years provision from September 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Be passionate about our school and the success of our children
  • Have experience of working with younger children in a school environment
  • Plan and develop provision with the class teacher and the Early Years Leader to meet the needs of individual children and groups as required
  • Deliver RWI sessions to small groups
  • Attend staff training between 3:30 pm‑4:30 pm once per week as part of paid hours
  • Possess an appropriate Level 3 qualification
  • Maintain high expectations for every child
  • Be reliable and enthusiastic about learning
