Long-Term Teaching Assistant Opportunities - Birmingham & Surrounding Areas We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for long-term, full-time roles across Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and surrounding areas. Requirements To be considered for these roles, you will need: A Level 2 or above child-related qualification (or equivalent) A minimum of 6 months' experience working within a UK school, or a relevant degree linked to education or classroom support A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

The Role Your responsibilities may include supporting teachers within the classroom, working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, assisting with learning activities and behaviour support, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
