Contract Type: term Time plus 4 days – 37 hours per week. Actual pay £25,520 - £30,072 pa
Do you want to make a difference to the next generation? This is an exciting and diverse role which provides the opportunity to work as part of a small team, supporting the academic achievement of post 16 students to help them fulfil their potential.
We welcome applications for this role on a full-time, part-time, or job-share basis. There is flexibility within the post, including the potential to separate administrative responsibilities from student-facing duties. As such, we encourage interest from candidates with strong administrative skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, or a combination of both. We are open to shaping the role to suit complementary strengths across individuals, ensuring high-quality support for both operational and student engagement priorities.
