You will play a vital role in helping students access education, develop independence and achieve their individual goals within a supportive and inclusive environment.

* Supporting students within the classroom and around the school

* Assisting with mobility and access requirements where appropriate

* Supporting learning and participation in activities

* Encouraging independence and confidence

* Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff

* Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals

* Caring, patient and adaptable nature

* Ability to build positive relationships

* Previous SEND, care, healthcare or support work experience is advantageous
