Join our dynamic team as an All‑Round Marketer, where you will have the opportunity to engage with local feeder schools, nurturing relationships with Teachers and Careers Officers. As a bridge between Walsall College and these educational institutions, you will ensure that school leavers are fully informed about the extensive range of courses we offer.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable individual who is driven by a passion for providing young people with transformative opportunities through vocational courses and apprenticeships. Your creativity and marketing expertise will play a crucial role in showcasing the incredible possibilities that lie ahead for these students.
ResponsibilitiesAttend various events such as assemblies, parent's evenings, careers days, and practice interviews. Through engaging presentations and informative discussions, communicate the advantages and benefits of our diverse course offerings, and make students and parents feel confident and excited about the prospect of joining our college.
Reliably attend scheduled off‑site events and travel efficiently between appointments while transporting necessary materials.
Lend support in organising celebration events and open days, where prospective students can experience our vibrant campuses first hand. Meticulous planning and attention to detail will ensure these events are memorable and engaging, leaving a lasting impression on attendees.
QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build and maintain strong relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for Teachers and Careers Officers. Passion for education combined with marketing acumen to inspire students and guide them toward a bright future.
