Up to £17,454 Per Annum Depending on Experience (0.4 FTE)

Role Purpose

Hydesville Tower School is seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Computer Science to join our Senior School on a maternity cover basis (two days per week). To provide effective and high-quality classroom teaching to GCSE and ensure all pupils reach their potential through effective monitoring, assessment and target setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic teacher to deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring strong academic progress and fostering a genuine interest in the subject. The successful candidate will also contribute to the pastoral and co-curricular life of this vibrant school community.

About the Role

As a Computer Science Teacher, you will:

Teach Computer Science across KS3 and KS4

Plan, assess and monitor pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes

Contribute to departmental development and enrichment opportunities

Undertake Form Tutor responsibilities
