Home based Employability Practitioner Tutor role with some travel to Walsall and Staffordshire for sector meetings once every 2 months - mileage paid.

Looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Employability Practitioner Tutor to join the growing team. Committed to helping people develop skills confidence and behaviours needed to thrive in the workplace this is your chance to make a real impact.

Duties:

• Deliver engaging structured learning sessions aligned to the Employability Practitioner Tutor apprenticeship standard

• Provide one to one coaching online and some in small groups online

• Mentoring and support tailored to learners needs

• Dealing with learners who work mainly as coaches with challenging caseloads careers advisors case workers and IAG advisors

• Prepare learners for end point assessment

• Use a range of digital tools and platforms to deliver blended learning

• Track learner progress set clear targets and maintain records

• Build strong relationships with employers to support workplace development and on the job learning

• Ensure all delivery meets quality compliance and safeguarding expectations

Experience essential for this role:

• Must be able to travel to Walsall and Staffordshire once every 2 months mileage paid

• A recognised teaching assessing or coaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one

• Experience working as an Employability Practitioner or Employment Advisor Careers Coach or similar role

• A recognised level 4 or equivalent in information advice and guidance IAG

• Would accept level 3 IAG or equivalent

Salary and hours:

• Salary £28,000 per annum

• Working Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5pm and Friday 8.45am to 4pm 45 minutes lunch break each day
