Mercian Trust is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (KS3) to join our educational team at New Leaf House. The HLTA will support KS3 learners, plan and deliver activities under supervision and promote inclusive practice.
Experience in classroom support and HLTA status are essential; commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare is required. This is a full-time on-site role with school-based duties and potential involvement in pastoral support.
