Location: Aldridge
Smile Education is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly primary school in Aldridge, WS9. This full-time, September-start role covers across all year groups and offers long-term opportunities in a supportive environment.
You will help prepare and deliver engaging lessons, support pupils’ learning and behaviour, and work with teachers to maintain an inclusive classroom. HLTA qualification or equivalent experience is required, with a flexible, proactive approach.
