Randstad Education is looking for a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant in Walsall to help students with additional needs achieve academic success. This position is full-time and requires individuals who can build strong connections with teenagers while providing both academic mentoring and emotional support.
The ideal candidate should have experience or a willingness to learn about supporting students facing challenges related to Autism, ADHD, and social-emotional development. Responsibilities include 1:1 mentoring, social coaching, and exam assistance, all while working collaboratively within a supportive school environment.
