Connex Education are currently working with a specialist school for vulnerable children who need support to improve academically, socially and emotionally. The role involves guiding students with the correct support and building lasting relationships to foster their growth.
Responsibilities- Build lasting relationships with pupils from difficult backgrounds
- Make a lasting impact on young children’s lives
- Help students develop their social, emotional and life skills
- Guide young students in the right direction and help them develop as a person
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEMH and SEN needs
- Experience dealing with challenging behaviour
- Experience working with children who have SEMH and SEN needs
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain this
- Must be available to work full time
