This position involves coordinating support services, collaborating with staff, and ensuring that students receive the necessary resources to thrive. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that promotes student success.

• Coordinate support services for students with SEND.
• Collaborate with academic staff to develop tailored support plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on inclusive practices.
• Engage with students and their families to ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student support.

• Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive education practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A relevant degree in education, social work, or a related field.
• Additional qualifications in special education or related areas are advantageous.

• Experience working with students with SEND in an educational setting.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing support strategies.
• Previous experience in a coordination or leadership role is preferred.
