Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in young people's lives?

As the Student Refocus Lead, you will hold a vital, high impact position within the school.

You will be instrumental in helping drive a positive school culture by managing our Refocus Room, a dedicated space designed to help students reset, reflect and get back on track.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, resilient, and empathetic professional to act as a mentor and champion for student success.

You will work closely with teaching staff, Heads of Year and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that high standards of behaviour and discipline are maintained across the school.
