Are you passionate about education and ready to make a real difference in the classroom? Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we’re looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join fantastic schools across Walsall on a long-term basis.
We have full-time roles and flexible part-time opportunities available — starting immediately or from September
.
No two days are the same! You'll be:
- Supporting classroom activities under the direction of the class teacher
- Working 1:1 or in small groups, including with pupils with SEN, SEMH, EAL or behavioural needs
- Assisting with education and behaviour plans
Promoting independence, confidence, and self-esteem - Giving feedback to help pupils grow
- Supporting classroom displays and organisation
- Experience working with children (we’ll ask for references)
- Enhance DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- Knowledge of EYFS curriculum is a bonus
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 in Supporting Teaching & Learning)
