Salary: Main Pay Scale (M3-M6)
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 4:00pm

Empowering Learning is delighted to be working with a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive primary school in the Alrewas area to recruit an experienced Year 1 Teacher for an ASAP start. This full-time, long-term role runs until July 2026 and offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a Key Stage 1 setting.

The Successful Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (within the last 5 years)
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Year 1 curriculum, including phonics (e.g. Read Write Inc. or similar)
Show excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
Have strong classroom management and the ability to engage young learners
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children
