Ormiston Shelfield Community Academy is seeking an Attendance Officer to promote excellent attendance and punctuality across the school. You will work closely with pupils, families and staff to remove barriers to attendance and ensure safe, engaged learners across Key Stages 3-5.
Core duties include monitoring attendance, family support, safeguarding, and policy communication. The role offers term-time hours with 37 hours per week and a view to develop within a supportive Trust.
