Salary: £150-£200 per day based on experience

Smile Education is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Aldridge, Walsall, WS9.

This role offers the opportunity to inspire and educate students in Key Stage 2, contributing to their academic and personal development.

The role is start in September and will be on-going, long-term.

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the KS2 curriculum, fostering a love of learning among students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, respected, and motivated to succeed.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement targeted interventions to support individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each student, maintaining open and effective communication.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour and academic achievement, instilling a strong sense of responsibility and aspiration in students.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in the classroom.
