Outcomes First Group is recruiting a Therapies Assistant at Ryecroft School in Walsall. You will support Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists, working with the education team to tailor interventions for pupils with special educational needs.
You will help create communication and sensory profiles, contribute to placement plans, and deliver a range of evidence-based interventions, under supervision. Regular training and development opportunities are provided.
