Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Hays Education are working in partnership with a caring and inclusive primary school in Willenhall that is dedicated to ensuring every child feels supported, valued and able to thrive. The school is looking to appoint a compassionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 2 child with ADHD from September 2026.

Your new roleThis rewarding role will involve supporting a child on a one-to-one basis throughout the school day, helping them to access learning, remain engaged in lessons and achieve the outcomes outlined within their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The child follows a personalised curriculum, and you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure the appropriate support strategies are in place.

This position would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant who has a strong understanding of SEN and a passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning.
