What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
  • Working alongside Teaching Assistants, therapists and pastoral teams
  • Adapting learning to meet individual needs and EHCP outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
  • Celebrating progress and helping pupils achieve their potential
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
  • A passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Creativity, patience and resilience
  • Experience in SEN, mainstream, alternative provision or specialist settings welcome
