Blue Coat Church of England Academy invites applications for a Student and Family Welfare Lead. The role is 35 hours per week during term time plus 10 days, with a progression towards safeguarding responsibilities as a trained Designated Safeguarding Lead.
The successful candidate will work within a supportive pastoral team to promote high attendance, student wellbeing and strong family engagement, contributing to a welcoming, inclusive school community.
