We are looking for aHLTA to join our team. Reporting toour IAP Centre Lead, you will undertake:

Key responsibilities:

• Teaching and Learning Support

  Deliver targeted small group and 1:1 interventions across a range of subject areas and social/emotional needs, in line with student needs.

• Student Support and Pastoral Care

  Act as a key adult and trusted figure for INSPIRE students.

  Inclusion and Safeguarding

  Champion inclusive practice and student voice within the IAP and wider school community.

  Professional Development

  Engage in regular CPD linked to SEMH, autism, anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity, and inclusive education.

Pay range:

Scale:
Grade 6 (15-23) | Actual: £26,795- £30,730 | FTE: £31,015-£35,570

Qualifications and Skills:

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) Evidence of ongoing CPD in SEND/SEMH/communication needs.

  Experience working with students with SEMH, anxiety, or communication needs Experience leading interventions or small-group learning Experience supporting students with EHCPs or support plans.
  
  Experience of working in a trauma-informed and/or attachment-aware environment
