Are you passionate about creating life-changing opportunities for learners with SEND? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy SEND Manager to play a key leadership role within our Inclusive Support Service.

Working closely with the SEND Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality Additional Learning Support, ensuring learners receive the support they need to thrive, progress, and achieve their goals. You will manage Inclusive Support Services, coordinate resources effectively, promote inclusive practice across the college, and drive continuous improvement to enhance learner outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEND professional with strong leadership skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to delivering outstanding support for students.
