This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to one of the water industry's most critical challenges while developing your expertise across data, network operations, and strategic resolution planning. • Conduct site surveys, including pump performance assessments and system testing.
• Produce clear and accurate survey reports.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and system improvements.
• Highlight pump refurbishment or replacement options.
• Carry out cost and payback analysis for proposed solutions.
• Work directly with client representatives to support decision‑making.
• Contribute to IWS and client Health & Safety initiatives.

• Be self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Hold an engineering qualification (minimum HNC) or have completed a relevant apprenticeship.
• Have good IT skills, particularly with MS Office.
• Bring experience from a technical environment (education or work placement).
• Communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and produce high‑quality documentation.
• Enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
• Be comfortable working towards targets.
• Be willing to work away up to 2 nights per week.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
