You will have previous experience working in a similar role within an asset management aspect. This role would suit an asset manager with a good engineering background to deliver engineering technical excellence on an asset portfolio on a major project in Birmingham.

• Manage asset certification and package handover requirements and documentation for current work packages (piling, substructure and superstructure).
• Assist with the completion of the handover plan and its implementation.
• Assist with management of NCRs/defects of work current packages, particularly closing of NCRs following project process.

• Engineering background.
• Experience and understanding of project systems:
  Project Wise, Asset Wise, BIM, etc.
• Rail experience ideally asset protection works.
