Description

Due to partial retirement of our senior Sales/Estimating Manager we require a fully experienced steelwork estimator to work alongside our existing professional team of estimators with excellent future opportunity to head the department

Structural Steelwork Estimator Daily responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales Manager.

Working to engineer and Architect’s drawings and doing take offs.

Liaising with interested parties.

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Structural Steelwork Estimator

Role requirements:

Full knowledge of the industry.

The ability to read engineers, Architect’s and construction drawings.

Ability to provide fully detailed competitive quotations for all types of structural steelwork, staircases & balustrades.

Good communication skills.

Salary commensurate with experience but circa £45 plus benefits
