Digging Crew

Department: Severn Trent Water

Location: Birmingham

As a Digging Crew, you will be responsible for digging and working as part of the Waste Water Capital Projects contract for Severn Trent Water. You will provide technical expertise, experience and work within a team to deliver a first‑class service to our customers.

• Be competent in working on Utilities Civils projects.
• Engineer solutions on site and focus your gang on completing work right the first time.
• Work with the scheduling team ensuring programmes are met and delivered accordingly.
• Provide support to ensure the company’s work is effectively completed through communication with internal and external customers, as well as focusing on the customer’s needs.

• NRSWRA Operative
• Deep excavation
• Excavator 10T and above
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Safe Dig/Cable avoidance accreditation (EUSR Preferred)
• Manual Handling
• First Aid
• Abrasive wheels
