Location:

Wednesbury. Salary: £40,385. Shift pattern: 4 On / 4 Off Days & Nights.

Looking for a maintenance role where no two shifts are the same? Join our engineering team and play a key role in keeping our busy manufacturing site running. If you are a mechanically biased maintenance engineer with electrical fault‑finding skills, we want to hear from you.

• Planned preventative and reactive maintenance
• Fault finding and repairs on a range of production equipment, including:

• Conveyor systems
• Industrial washing machines
• Linen presses
• Dryers
• Feeders, folders & ironers
• Steam and chemical feed systems

Mechanical: 90‑95%
Electrical: 5‑10% (motors, contractors, sensors, testing & fault finding)
No PLC programming or robotics.

• Level 3 engineering qualification (Level 2 considered)
• Mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing or production
• Basic electrical fault‑finding skills
• Overseas qualifications welcomed

• 4 Days (06:00‑18:00)
• 4 Off
• 4 Nights (18:00‑06:00)
• 4 Off
• 12‑hour shifts with two 30‑minute unpaid breaks
• First four weeks are Monday‑Friday days for training and induction

Up to £40,385 including shift allowance
